Ghost Partner is seeking a driven
Digital Marketing Coordinator

to help us manage and grow our clients' online presence. We're looking for someone who is a
self-starter

and
problem solver

with hands-on experience in a wide range of digital marketing tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting our team with managing Meta and Google advertising campaigns
  • Writing creative and compelling copy for emails, social media posts, and websites
  • Designing and editing creative assets for use across various channels
  • Creating and managing email marketing campaigns using platforms like Constant Contact and MailChimp
  • Scheduling social posts for clients using social media scheduling tools
  • Collaborating with our team to help maintain and update websites (experience with WordPress or Squarespace is a plus)
  • Participating in frequent Zoom meetings with clients to review progress and discuss strategy
  • Utilizing a project management tool to organize tasks and monitor the ongoing status of projects

Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, Constant Contact, Mailchimp, Wordpress, Squarespace, Asana, ChatGPT, Zoom

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of digital marketing experience within a business or agency
  • Good english +
    strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Some previous experience using Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Experience using graphic design platforms, mainly Canva
  • Experience using social media scheduling tools
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Constant Contact, MailChimp preferred)
  • Familiarity with WordPress or Squarespace is a plus
  • Familiarity with using Asana is a plus
  • Skilled with ChatGPT is a BIG plus
  • Highly organized and able to meet project deadlines
  • Reliable computer setup for remote work and Zoom meetings
  • Must be self-motivated and able to manage tasks efficiently in a remote environment

Position Details:

  • Starting pay: $20/hour
  • 10-15 hours per week (with potential for growth)
  • Fully remote position
