About the Role


We are looking for an organized and proactive Marketing Project Coordinator to support the Brand & Campaigns Lead in driving high-quality creative execution. This role is the operational bridge between strategy and production, ensuring that creative concepts are answering the briefing, approved on time, and delivered smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily alignment and approval rounds on new creative assets based on strategic input from the Brand & Campaigns Lead.

  • Oversee the execution of pre-agreed monthly briefs, ensuring creatives are delivered on-brief and on-time.

  • Provide project management support for campaigns development, including stakeholder feedback integration and timely delivery.

  • Support innovation and experimentation by ensuring new creative ideas are tracked, tested, and measured within the frame of asset-level initial round tracking.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to details

  • Comfortable navigating fast-paced approval cycles

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects

  • Strong communication and coordination skills

  • Experience working in creative, marketing, or social media environments

Nice to Have

  • Experience with paid marketing campaigns

  • Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Asana or alike)

  • Previous experience in marketing or creative production teams, start-up or agency experience advantageous
