Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Annotator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately labeling and classifying various types of data to train our cutting-edge machine learning and artificial intelligence models. Your work is the foundation of our AI systems, directly impacting their quality, accuracy, and performance. The ideal candidate is highly focused, reliable, and able to maintain high standards of quality while working with large datasets.
Previous experience in data annotation or a similar role is a plus, but not required. We strongly encourage entry-level candidates to apply, as all new hires receive comprehensive training.
Role
- Annotate datasets and follow guidelines: Accurately annotate visual data, specifically images and video material, according to detailed project guidelines. It is also essential to remain flexible as project requirements evolve.
- Quality assurance: Perform quality checks on annotated data to ensure it meets precise accuracy and consistency standards.
- Provide feedback: Collaborate with engineers to provide feedback on annotation tools, processes, and guidelines to improve overall efficiency and quality.
- Meet deadlines: Manage your time effectively to meet project deadlines and annotation quotas without compromising quality.
- Data confidentiality: Handle sensitive data with the utmost consideration and adhere to all data privacy and security protocols.
- High school diploma.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
- Advanced computer literacy with the ability to learn new software programs and tools quickly.
- Exceptional attention to detail and an unwavering focus to accuracy.
- Ability to stay focused and maintain a high level of concentration while performing repetitive tasks.
- Excellent ability to follow complex instructions and guidelines precisely.

- Familiarity with common data annotation platforms (e.g. CVAT).
- A basic understanding of machine learning concepts and how labeled data is used to train AI.
