Role Description

The Youth Specialist will also be responsible for developing and implementing programs that promote the social and personal development of youth, fostering a positive and inclusive environment, and ensuring the overall well-being and safety of participants.

Qualifications

  • Youth Leadership, Youth Programs, and Youth Work skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in Social Work
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to work comfortably in a faith-based environment
  • Previous experience working with youth in educational or community settings
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, Psychology, or related field
