Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Youth Specialist, located in Belgrade. The Youth Specialist will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading youth programs and activities. Day-to-day tasks include working directly with young people to provide guidance, support, and mentorship. The Youth Specialist will also be responsible for developing and implementing programs that promote the social and personal development of youth, fostering a positive and inclusive environment, and ensuring the overall well-being and safety of participants.

Qualifications

  • Youth Leadership, Youth Programs, and Youth Work skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in Social Work
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to work comfortably in a faith-based environment
  • Previous experience working with youth in educational or community settings
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, Psychology, or related field
