Below, you'll find the job description for this role:
Bilingual Call Center Agent
Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service to incoming clients via call and e-mail channels
- Actively listening and understanding user requests to achieve a high percentage of resolved complaints in the first contact
- Identifying customer problems and complaints, providing timely solutions
- Providing outstanding service to a high level of customers
- Ensuring all customer data is logged accurately
- Providing support and information regarding the company's products and services
- Maintaining a professional and courteous attitude in interactions with users, even in demanding situations
- Actively participating in training and development to improve skills and knowledge related to products or services
- Conducting surveys on the quality of repairs
Requirements:
- Fluency in English/Serbian + another European language
- Experience working in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
- High school degree and above
- Customer-oriented individual with excellent communication skills
- Team worker with good organizational skills and a growth mindset
