Descrizione del Lavoro:

Come Customer Support Representative da Mebit, avrai un ruolo fondamentale nel garantire che i nostri clienti ricevano un supporto eccezionale tramite chat live ed email. Le tue principali responsabilità includeranno:

Cosa Farai:

  • Fornire supporto clienti in modo tempestivo e cortese tramite chat live ed email.
  • Aiutare i clienti con domande, risolvere problemi e fornire informazioni sui nostri prodotti o servizi.
  • Risolvere problemi tecnici e, se necessario, fare escalation agli altri team.
  • Mantenere una buona conoscenza dei prodotti per poter assistere i clienti in modo efficace.
  • Documentare tutte le interazioni con i clienti e mantenere registri accurati.
  • Collaborare con i membri del team e altri dipartimenti per risolvere problemi complessi.
  • Cercare sempre modi per migliorare i processi e le procedure del servizio clienti.
  • Garantire una esperienza eccellente con ogni interazione, facendo in modo che il cliente sia sempre soddisfatto.

Cosa Cerchiamo:

  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana, sia scritta che parlata.
  • Buone capacità di problem solving e un atteggiamento paziente e empatico nelle interazioni con i clienti.
  • Capacità di adattarsi a tecnologie in continua evoluzione e di imparare nuovi software velocemente.
  • Attenzione ai dettagli e buone capacità organizzative.
  • Competenze base nell'uso del computer per l'inserimento dati e nell'utilizzo di software per il supporto dei clienti.
  • Disponibilità a lavorare su turni, compresi la sera, la notte, i weekend e le festività.

Competenze Preferite:

  • Velocità nella digitazione.
  • Conoscenza base delle criptovalute.
  • Comprensione delle regole di sport e scommesse.
  • Familiarità con Google Suite (Drive, Fogli, Documenti), Slack, Airtable e Intercom.
