- Level: Entry
- Procure and organize equipment, distribution, and asset management, and communicate with vendors;
- Install and configure Windows-based systems, Computer problems, diagnostic and repair, LAN/WiFi and WAN network issues support, and structural cabling in the office;
- Basic network administration and configuration (WiFi configuration, switching, and routing);
- Support users with general questions and technical support for a variety of problems internet and software-related;
- Physical security;
- IT On-boarding for new employees;
- Work as 1st and 2nd level support for users;
- Take direction from and work with other team members;
- Communicate efficiently with our customer base.
- A student currently enrolled in a degree at a Technical University;
- Fundamental Networking Knowledge of Windows/Internet-based applications;
- Knowledge of Windows OS / Up to Windows 11;
- Knowledge of MS Office suite including troubleshooting;
- Basic core networking skills;
- Analytical problem-solving capabilities;
- Ability to work in an international team with international customers;
- Responsible, well-organized, detail and deadline-oriented;
- Self-motivated and flexible;
- Proactive, positive contributor;
- Fluent in English;
- Willingness and ability to travel if/when required..
