Supporting the Onboarding Process:

  • Preparing contracts and offer letters for all employees in Workday System, review and update existing contracts, process employment paperwork
  • Creating profiles on Safe Screening portal and start Criminal check on SVS portal or setting the candidate up on Jefferson Hunt portal
  • Processing candidateâs ID Verification via SVS portal
  • Maintaining (saving and filing) different types of documents on Image Now and Workday Systems
  • Responsible for service providing with adding different kind of documents to the requestor in Workday System (Creditor Number, External Manager, Corporate Approver Group, KNTEA User Name and DBS )
  • Maintaining employees profiles and references on Safe Screening portal ( Creating, monitoring progress, completing and closing not completed employees profiles - background check, uploading received references )
  • Responsible for sending reminders to employees
  • Managing different types of letters related to the employees position changes ( NOC letters - change of salary, job title, hay grade, etc.), bonus letters ( NOCB letters - EV charger payment, One-Off payments, Shift Allowance payments, etc.), all letters related to employee relations ( invites and outcomes, confirmation of employment for active and former employees, parental leave, maternity leave etc. ) , reference letters, termination letters
  • Responsible for handling digital signing of documents in DigiSign application
  • Daily communication an correspondence with line managers and HR colleagues via Teams, Email and Top Desk
  • Attending monthly meetings with the HR UK team

  • Organisational skills, i.e., highly focused on the quality of your output, able to multi-task and meet deadlines, and detail oriented
  • Intermediate knowledge of English language with good communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer orientation and communication skills both written and verbal
