Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our studio team. As a Studio Manager, you will be responsible for guiding and developing team members to achieve high performance and operational success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with experience managing large teams in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess excellent people management skills, with the ability to build and develop teams.

You will ensure appropriate staffing levels for optimal service, manage rotations, and coordinate temporary coverage when necessary. Additionally, you will implement and uphold company policies and procedures in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.

The successful candidate will identify and implement improvements to streamline operations, ensuring efficient workflows. You will review operational and financial data, adjusting strategies to meet key performance targets.

Foster a positive team culture, offering guidance and opportunities for professional growth. Partner with senior leadership, HR, and other teams to support overall operational goals.

Develop and enforce risk management strategies to ensure a safe and structured work environment. Oversee expense management and optimize resource use for efficient operations.

Manage vendor relationships and ensure the facility is maintained to a high standard.
