Barista Trainer

As a Barista Trainer, your role is to ensure the professional preparation and presentation of coffee and specialty drinks, support the development of barista skills, and promote our coffee solutions across customer sites.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensure consistent and high-quality preparation of coffee and specialty drinks in customer locations, following industry standards.
  • Train and support customer staff on the correct use of our products and drink preparation techniques.
  • Motivate and coach on-site teams to deliver excellent beverage presentation and customer experience.
  • Work closely with colleagues to support customer satisfaction and business goals.
  • Promote and develop a strong barista culture within our team and across partner organizations.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest coffee trends, brewing methods, and product innovations, and share knowledge with the team.
  • Monitor customer sites, provide professional feedback, and recommend improvements in processes and presentation.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least one year of experience as a Barista (SCA certified trainer or SCA barista certification from an accredited training academy will be considered an advantage).
  • The ability to provide technical guidance to new team members and create training programs for coffee products, equipment, and sensory experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Advanced knowledge of English language, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in MS Office package.
