Lead Unreal Engine Developer Position\

We are seeking an accomplished Lead Unreal Engine Developer to spearhead the development of a cutting-edge, hardcore multiplayer survival first-person shooter game in a unique setting.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical leadership skills, extensive knowledge of Unreal Engine 4, and experience in managing high-performance teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership: Assist in task decomposition, develop project architecture, conduct code reviews, and provide guidance on best practices.
  • System Code and Game Mechanics Development: Write efficient C++ code and implement complex game mechanics using Unreal Engine 4.
  • Project Architecture Development: Collaborate with the technical director to design and implement the project architecture.
  • Code Profiling, Refactoring, and Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize existing code for improved efficiency.
  • People Management: Support employees in their professional growth, provide constructive feedback, and maintain a positive team atmosphere.
  • Maintenance of Technical Documentation: Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of project-related information.

Requirements:

\
  • Over 3 years of experience in Unreal Engine 4 development.
  • Experience as a UE4 Lead/Tech Lead/Development Team Lead for over 1 year.
  • Strong knowledge of C++, Blueprints, and design patterns.
  • Excellent understanding of code architecture and network replication.
  • Ability to decompose tasks, estimate deadlines, and plan the development process.
  • Ability to adapt solutions to meet deadlines.
  • Desire to create understandable, modular, and portable code.
  • Knowledge of English at the Intermediate level or above.
  • Experience with AI is a plus.
