Tailor/ Seamstress Position:

We are seeking a skilled tailor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform clothing alterations and repairs, including size adjustments, hemming, and mending.
  • Maintain quality and durability standards by adhering to guidelines and workmanship expectations.
  • Operate and maintain sewing machines, irons, and other tailoring equipment.
  • Monitor inventory levels of tailoring supplies and materials.
  • Accurately record garment assignments, alterations performed, and completed tasks.

Requirements:

  • Strong English proficiency (at least B2) in both written and spoken communication.
  • Prior experience in tailoring, garment alteration, or a related field with proven skills in clothing modification and repair.
  • Proficiency in using sewing machines, irons, and other tailoring tools.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.
  • Good communication skills to understand alteration needs and collaborate with team members.
  • Ability to manage material inventory and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Minimum of a high school education or equivalent.
