Instructional Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Trainer to join our team. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for creating and refining training materials, developing performance improvement plans, and training staff on specific procedures and controls.

• Design and maintain training programs for new hires and existing team members.
• Collaborate with managers to identify training requirements and ensure training programs meet both individual and team needs.

Responsibilities:

• Create comprehensive knowledge of games and procedures for team members through effective training.
• Develop relevant KPIs to improve training quality and effectiveness.
• Train staff on specific procedures and controls, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Provide constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Native/fluent in Turkish (C2), both oral and written.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Professional working proficiency in English and another language.
• Able to work effectively within a team and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
