Job Description:

  • Organize and perform management of financial documents, prepare and submit reports to senior management.
  • Assist in preparing documents for banks, local authorities, tax office, auditors, suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
  • Maintain daily correspondence with customers, vendors about open items, resolving any discrepancies promptly.
  • Support employees in various topics, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Assist in building procedures for the Finance department, creating Word documents according to instructions provided.
  • Assist in booking of incoming invoices, verifying goods/services have been received and obtaining confirmations from the person in charge for supply.
  • Process invoices in the SAP system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Support the payment process, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices.
  • Assist with jobs related to customer Agreements, maintaining records and updating relevant systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or relevant field.
  • Up to 1 year work experience (or without work experience), but with basic knowledge from Finance, accounting principles, and practices.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel), with ability to create professional documents and spreadsheets.
  • Very good English skills, with ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Knowledge of accounting and tax regulations in Serbia is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and time-management abilities, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
