Scrum Master Position

As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless workflow and fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams.

  • Maintain process metrics to guarantee transparency of team performance and value.
  • Cultivate development teams in Agile best practices, emphasizing adherence to Scrum, Kanban, and other methodologies.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, enhancing efficiency and productivity within teams.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine the backlog and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Identify and remove impediments hindering team progress, ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Utilize Agile tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar software to track team performance and provide data-driven insights.
  • Support distributed teams, maintaining seamless communication and alignment.
  • Develop self-organizing teams, mentoring members to improve collaboration and accountability.

Requirements:

  • CSM or PSM certification (PSM II or OKR certifications are advantageous).
  • 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile principles with hands-on implementation expertise.
  • Proficiency in Agile tools like JIRA, Trello, or equivalent project management software.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Experience working with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills to empower teams toward self-sufficiency.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and staying current with industry trends in Agile methodologies.
