Responsibilities:

Lead the art team, provide constructive feedback, and train them.

Assist in creating all necessary art materials from concept phase to final product.

In collaboration with the Art Director, evaluate staffing requirements and participate in artist recruitment.

Quality control and identifying process improvements are key tasks.

Be a role model for the team, fostering a healthy and positive environment.
