Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Platform Engineer to join our core platform team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable cloud-based infrastructure.
Your primary focus will be on building and scaling Rho's all-in-one finance platform using cloud-native technologies. You will work closely with development teams to optimize application deployment processes and troubleshoot issues in production environments.
- Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure using Kubernetes and cloud platforms.
Develop and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Crossplane.
Implement GitOps practices to streamline software delivery processes using tools like ArgoCD or Flux.
Monitor system performance and reliability through observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) and implement proactive measures to ensure uptime.
Collaborate with development teams to optimize application deployment processes and troubleshoot issues in production environments.
Ensure security best practices are integrated into the DevOps pipeline through automation and tooling (e.g., Falco, Trivy).
3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles;
Strong experience with Kubernetes
Proficiency in at least one major cloud provider (GCP, AWS, Azure).
Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi, or Crossplane.
