Technical Support and Monitoring Analyst

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Technical Support and Monitoring Analyst to join our team in a 24/7 environment. As part of our monitoring center, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and infrastructure.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and troubleshooting system malfunctions using various tools;
  • Providing level 1 support for internal and external customers and partners;
  • Managing incidents and requests for processing and IT infrastructure, including daily reporting;

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with international card organizations and their technical departments, leveraging your technical skills to drive results.

This is a dynamic role that requires a strong understanding of IT technologies, as well as excellent multitasking and prioritization skills. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, averaging 15 shifts per month, with a flexible schedule organized on a two-month basis.

Requirements
  • Strong understanding of IT technologies;
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously (multitasking);
  • Excellent prioritization skills;
  • Good team player with self-motivation and a keen desire to learn new things;
  • Very good knowledge of English language (verbal and written);
