We have a unique opportunity for an experienced customer support specialist to join our team. This role involves providing top-notch technical assistance and support via various communication channels, ensuring seamless interactions with clients.

In this position, you will be working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, resolving their queries efficiently, and escalating complex issues to the relevant teams when necessary.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent English language skills (C1 level) and Hebrew language proficiency (at least B2). You should also have prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the tech or digital sector. Additionally, you should be able to prioritize tasks effectively, work independently under pressure, and maintain accurate records.
