Job Title: Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and career-minded professional with a passion for data analysis, automation, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of data structures, and proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, and automation platforms.

The successful candidate will analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights, develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel, automate repetitive data tasks and reporting processes using tools such as Power Automate, VBA, or Python, collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions, ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems, and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel
  • Automate repetitive data tasks and reporting processes using tools such as Power Automate, VBA, or Python
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems
  • Presentation of findings and recommendations to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VBA)
  • Strong experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting
  • Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Python scripting, or RPA platforms)
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically
  • Self-starter with a career-driven mindset and a strong sense of urgency
