As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in driving innovation and decision-making through data-driven insights.

The role involves implementing in-depth research using Python to uncover trends and patterns that fuel product development and drive strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis: Enhance our analytics platform, track user behavior, evaluate A/B tests, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into actionable insights.
  • Analytics System Setup: Implement industry best practices to track and analyze user behavior, product performance, and critical metrics, optimizing the user experience.
  • A/B Testing: Validate and analyze A/B tests to evaluate feature effectiveness, user engagement, and design choices providing clear recommendations based on results.
  • Collaboration: Partner with product managers and key domain experts to understand business objectives and translate them into valuable analytical conclusions.
  • Reporting: Develop and present informative reports and dashboards that communicate insights clearly to stakeholders, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst.
  • Proficiency in using Mixpanel or similar analytics tools for tracking user behavior events.
  • Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with A/B testing methodologies.
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, and proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
  • Proficiency in using SQL.
  • Familiarity with BI tools, preferably with Power BI.
  • Upper-intermediate English level.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
