About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Recruiting Coordinator. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for communicating with candidates and employers about job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the recruitment process.

This role provides an excellent opportunity for individuals who are interested in a career in recruitment and are looking to make a meaningful contribution to our organization.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and will be able to work independently with minimal supervision. They will also have strong organizational skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with candidates and employers about job openings and scheduling interviews
  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including contacting candidates and scheduling interviews
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including maintaining accurate records and preparing reports
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics or related field
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
