**Lead Environment Artist Role Description**

  • This position is responsible for overseeing the creation and development of high-quality game environment assets, working closely with producers and art directors to ensure timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver visually stunning game environments that meet artistic and technical standards.

    • Develop and maintain production pipelines, tools, and processes to optimize efficiency and quality.

    • Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous learning among team members.

    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive growth and improvement.

    • Participate in talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to build a strong and diverse team.

    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project managers, art directors, and clients, to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery.

Requirements and Qualifications:

    • Proven track record of success as an environment artist or lead in the video game industry.

    • Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and mentoring teams.

    • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.

    • Proficiency in relevant software tools, including Unreal Engine, 3ds Max, Maya, ZBrush, and Photoshop.

    • A passion for innovation, experimentation, and staying ahead of industry trends.
