We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving HR initiatives and empowering business leaders to optimize team performance.
This hands-on, business-focused role requires expertise in transformation and change management, ensuring HR strategies align with organizational goals and growth targets. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders and managers, providing strategic support in key areas such as performance management and stakeholder engagement.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in advising managers on HR topics and driving change initiatives. A proactive ownership mindset, result-oriented approach, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:- HR Partnering: Collaborate with leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
- Change & Transformation Management: Support organizational changes, restructuring, and cultural initiatives to drive business transformation and innovation. Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on effectively leading their teams through change.
- Talent Management: Enable managers to identify and nurture high-potential employees, address skill gaps, and manage performance effectively. Drive talent planning and career development initiatives to build stronger teams, retain top talent, and enhance employee engagement.
- Culture & Employee Relations: Advise leadership on employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary HR contact for managers in the EMEA region, ensuring seamless collaboration with HR Operations and Centers of Excellence.
- A university degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, with strong analytical and strategic skills.
- At least 6 years of HR Business Partner experience in an international, high-growth environment.
- A proactive ownership mindset, result-oriented approach, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proven experience in advising managers on HR topics and driving change initiatives.
- Strong multi-tasking skills, a self-starting mindset, and the ability to work effectively both independently and within remote teams.
- English is mandatory; fluency in German is a plus.
