Project Coordinator/Installation Analyst (II)

As a key team member, you will play a vital role in supporting project management activities and ensuring timely project completion.

  • Assist in planning and executing projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information.
  • Communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and progress.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting agendas, and follow-ups.
  • Identify and resolve project issues and risks promptly.
  • Support the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; or equivalent experience in project coordination.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Office).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
