Our company is looking for a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a L2 Support Specialist.This role is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work in a fast-paced environment and make a real impact. As an L2 Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to clients and businesses regarding challenging hardware and software issues.You will work closely with customers to resolve recurring or standard problems, provide daily and weekly incident tracking sheets to report on performance, and review incident history to determine recurring faults.In addition, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to the L1 team, installing, configuring, and updating hardware and software, and fixing any issue related to the equipment that may come up on a daily basis.You will also be required to update work orders and provide status information, assign and distribute workload to meet SLA's, and respond to escalated calls.As an L2 Support Specialist, you will participate in product set or customer base training, implement remote fixes relying on the guided search for diagnosis across multiple products, and apply troubleshooting checklists.You will acquire and apply knowledge of troubleshooting techniques and desktop diagnostic tools, and leverage your problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues.We are looking for someone who has advanced PC literacy, keyboard proficiency, and understanding of Windows-based applications/tools.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as listening skills, and be fluent in French and English language.A high school diploma is required, but prior experience in a similar role is preferred.This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including opportunities for career growth and professional development.We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace culture where everyone feels valued and supported.If you are a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about technology and customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
