We are expanding our teams in Serbia and looking for a colleague to join our Aftermarket team in Belgrade.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as central point of contact for all After Market customers (subregional/Country level) in commercial matters
  • Administer, maintain, and monitor customer master data; administer customer contracts and agreements
  • Manage customer orders (order processing, clarifying order gaps and support for release/shipment, issuing invoices, order acknowledgments)
  • Manage customer claims (raise correction documents, e.g., Credit notes/debit notes)
  • Sales support by building relationships and providing customers with information regarding new products, prices, and availability
  • Proactively identify customer needs, offering new products and alternatives, sales & analysis reporting

Your Profile:

">
  • Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, or similar
  • 1-3 years of experience working in customer service, sales support, sales administration, etc.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), ERP systems (SAP would be an asset), CRM, and Power BI
  • Strong communication (including negotiation) and interpersonal skills, ability to work as part of a team
  • Advanced English skills; additional foreign language knowledge beneficial
