About the Role

We are looking for an Associate Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screening resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
  • Conducting interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Assisting in creating and posting job advertisements.
  • Maintaining candidate databases and tracking recruitment metrics.
  • Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborating with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Scouting talent on various hiring platforms.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Utilizing an applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline processes and maintain accurate candidate records.

  • Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn about people and their experiences.
  • Presentation skills to represent the company professionally to prospective hires.
  • Quick learning abilities to understand the company's operations and communicate them clearly to candidates.
  • Attention to detail when reviewing resumes and correspondence with candidates.
  • Organization skills to keep track of multiple candidates for different roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
