Team Manager Turkish Game Presenters Live in Belgrade, Serbia

Are you a natural leader with a passion for live gaming, communication, and building high-performing teams? Were looking for a Team Manager for our Turkish-speaking game presenter squad, based in a growing live casino studio in Belgrade, Serbia. In this role, you'll help shape the player experience and lead a dynamic team in one of Eastern Europes most exciting iGaming markets. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Turkish game presenters to deliver engaging and professional live broadcasts Manage shift scheduling, staffing levels, and presenter rotations to support continuous 24/7 studio operations Collaborate with production, content, and operations to ensure smooth show flow, pacing, and high-quality engagement Monitor presenter performance, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development Develop and implement training programs and onboarding for new presenters to optimize their performance Contribute to launching new game formats and Turkish-language shows, bringing creativity and innovation to the table Who You Are Experienced in live game presentation, broadcasting, or entertainment leadership Fluent in Turkish with strong English (or Serbian) communication skills Strong leadership and team-building skills motivated to inspire and grow talent Excellent organizational skills with experience in staff management and shift planning Proactive, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, shift-based live environment Passionate about iGaming and delivering outstanding player experiences Why This Role Matters Belgrade is rapidly evolving into a vibrant iGaming hotspot, with a growing number of live casino studios and a multilingual workforce.
