We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 1-year fixed-term contract, with the potential for prolongation who can:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates;
• Colaborate with the leadership in developing strategies and improving current workflows for acquiring new talent;
• Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks;
• Work closely with leadership and hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide insights on market trends and candidate availability;
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process;
• Understand current and future needs of the team.
• 5+ years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role;
• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple roles and priorities across different countries.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics.
