Job Description
Rockwell Automation has an excellent reputation for developing a strategic maintenance approach which can also directly improve the efficiency of the maintenance department.

As an Asset Management Admin,
you will support operational efficiency through documentation and data handling. You will be focused on administrative tasks such as data entry, record maintenance, paperwork processing, and logistics support. Main responsibilities include managing import/export documentation, overseeing packaging and order entry, and generating internal reports. You will be tailored for person who excel in detail-oriented, back-office functions that are necessary to smooth asset flow and compliance.

You will report to the RAAMP DELIVERY MANAGER
work onsite in Belgrade, Republic of Serbia.
Your Responsibilities

• On site professional management of maintenance, repair and operations (MRO)
• Reducing MRO stock duplication and obsolescence
• Storeroom Support managing its reorganization in partnership with the customer.
• Providing migration, rationalization and standardization strategies to reduce MRO inventory asset value
• Supporting productivity improvements through delivery of parts to the maintenance teams, whilst providing an overall lower total cost of ownership
• Develop clear working Standard Operating Procedures detailing process flow and operational requirements for daily activities to support the maintenance and repair operations
• Providing monthly financial reports
• Arranging consignment of new purchases
• Increase "Out of the box" reliability of spare repairable assets, through the use of extensive internal and external repair vendor capability
• Working with systems that allow the company to track its repairable inventory and apply associated warranty programs

The Essentials - You Will Have
This position requires mobility in an industrial, plant floor environment and is subject to our customer's plant safety requirements.

• Advanced in English
• Mother Lounge - Serbian

• Consistency in daily responsibilities
• Supportive Communication – Sharing updates or information clearly within the team
• A valid driver's license

The Preferred - You Might Also Have

• Higher education (e.g., bachelor's or associate degree)
• 1+ years' experience in the administration of assets will be an additional value.
• Organizational Strengths – Bringing order to multiple tasks and managing information efficiently
• Adaptability – Staying flexible and open to learning as processes evolve
