  • Value preservation – Provide leadership to ensure that the occurrence of issues within a portfolio company are minimized, and that any that do arise are promptly and successfully resolved or appropriately mitigated.
  • Value enhancement – Lead the implementation of value enhancement initiatives for a portfolio company and ensure that all valuation assumptions are understood, actioned and regularly reviewed.
  • Stakeholder management – Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including public sector partners, and work with InfraRed colleagues on initiatives to foster collaboration. Contribute to, and where appropriate, lead key commercial negotiations and other strategic interactions.
  • Sustainability – Promote best practices, lead the implementation of ESG initiatives and report on asset sustainability performance.
  • Value creation strategies – Carry out portfolio-wide analysis and take an entrepreneurial approach to identify and deliver value initiatives across the portfolio.

You will champion best-in-class asset management practices at InfraRed and be involved in the management of a portfolio of investments as a nominated InfraRed board director, representing the interests of our fund investors and taking on the full statutory responsibilities of a Company Director.
