We are seeking a
Website Product Manager
to own the Navixy website and ensure a seamless, engaging digital experience for our global audience. Navixy, the flagship telematics data and IoT platform of SquareGPS Inc., is trusted by thousands of companies in over 130 countries to manage fleets, assets, and field operations with real-time visibility and efficiency.

The website is a critical showcase of Navixy's innovation and market leadership, and a channel for engagement, lead generation, and business growth. It must also function as a reliable internal tool – enabling content authors to easily publish, manage, and optimize product and marketing materials, including through automation of processes to streamline workflows and ensure scalability.

In this role, you will act as the critical bridge between product management, design, and development, ensuring that the Navixy website communicates our value proposition with clarity while providing a consistent, user-friendly digital experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as the owner of the Navixy website, managing its development, performance, and user experience end-to-end.
  • Collect and prioritize requests from other product managers and stakeholders, turning them into actionable website tasks.
  • Ensure brand consistency and UI/UX excellence across all web pages and digital resources.
  • Ensure efficiency for internal content authors by enabling easy publishing, updates, and management of marketing and product materials, while driving automation of workflows to streamline processes.
  • Lead a small cross-functional team (web developers, UI/UX designer, and external resources as needed).
  • Set up, manage, and continuously improve website analytics to track performance, conversions, and user journeys.
  • Collaborate closely with developers on technical tasks and with marketers on content and campaign needs.
  • Drive optimization initiatives (SEO, CRO, page performance, mobile experience).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, product design, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • 3+ years of proven experience in web product management, website development, digital experience, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of website development lifecycle, UX/UI principles, and digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Experience working with CMS platforms (headless CMS, WordPress or similar), including optimizing workflows for non-technical content authors.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical tasks and vice versa.
  • Experience working with analytics tools (Google Analytics, GTM, Hotjar, etc.).
  • Solid project management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Technical literacy sufficient to collaborate effectively with developers (HTML, CMS, integrations, APIs — not necessarily coding, but comfortable discussing).
  • Strong eye for design and brand consistency.
  • Native Russian and conversational English (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken.
