About The Job:We're seeking a Chat Support Specialist – Romanian language to join our dynamic iGaming team in Belgrade. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Romanian -speaking players, providing timely, professional, and friendly support via live chat. You will handle inquiries regarding accounts in a fast -paced, highly regulated environment.Key Responsibilities:Respond promptly and professionally to player inquiries via live chatResolve customer issues related to accounts, deposits/withdrawalsEnsure compliance with iGaming regulations and responsible gaming policiesMaintain accurate logs and follow up on unresolved queriesMeet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
