Ourexpertise is focused on several different industry sectors such as Fintech,iGaming, and e -commerce industries, supporting more than 10+ languages.   Position Overview: Theideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer supportin French for the iGaming industry. This includeshandling player inquiries via live chat, resolving issues efficiently, andensuring a seamless gaming experience. The role also involves maintaining aprofessional and friendly tone, adhering to company policies, and contributingto a positive player experience. Strong communication skills, multitasking abilities,and familiarity with CRM systems are essential. Prior experience in iGaming ispreferred.  Responsibilities: ·       Proficientinteraction with a variety of online systems ·       Provideaccurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools ·       Effectivelyrespond to customer requests and questions chat ·       Dealwith and help resolve any customer complaints ·       Followingoperational procedures in every contact with the customer Requirements • Fluent French speaker with intermediate English proficiency • Proven experience in customer support • Familiar with CRM systems and best practices • Strong communication skills with a customer -centric approach • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively • Excellent service orientation with a problem -solving mindset • Working from the Office in Belgrade • Rotating shifts (2 shifts) BenefitsChallenging and rewarding working environmentAttractive starting salary, also potential salary growth after first three monthsOpportunity for personal and career development within the Company​Office in the city center of Belgrade #LI -DNI
