providing global customer support solutions. Our client, a leader in the
iGaming sector, is developing a large-scale, long-term, and highly promising
project with significant growth potential. To support this ambitious endeavor,
we are seeking Turkish-speaking agents to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
our clients via email and live chat in Turkish and English language.
Handling inquiries with
attention to detail and content.
Proactively identifying
client needs and proposing effective solutions.
Focusing on customer
satisfaction and exceeding their expectations.
Collaborating
constantly with the team to enhance and optimize processes.
Requirements
Requirements:
spoken English-MUST and Turkish
language-MUST.
Proactive approach with
a talent for customer support and sales.
Exceptional
communication and negotiation skills.
High attention to
detail.
Previous experience in
customer support is desirable.
MUST be based in Belgrade and be able to work from the office.
