This includes handling player inquiries via livechat, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a seamless gaming experience.The role also involves maintaining a professional and friendly tone, adheringto company policies, and contributing to a positive player experience. Strongcommunication skills, multitasking abilities, and familiarity with CRM systemsare essential.
