HR AdministratorPosition Overview:

The HR Administrator plays a central role in supporting Proctorio's people operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR processes. This position combines administrative precision with strong communication skills to maintain accurate records, streamline recruitment activities, and provide clear guidance to employees.

The role involves managing both physical and digital personnel files, maintaining up-to-date databases, and preparing essential documentation such as contracts, payroll data, and policy FAQs. The HR Administrator will also coordinate recruitment efforts by publishing job ads, scheduling interviews, and liaising with candidates. Additionally, they contribute to employee engagement and compliance by preparing reports on HR metrics, developing onboarding and training materials, and responding to employee inquiries about benefits and entitlements.

To succeed in this role, the candidate must demonstrate excellent organizational skills, fluency in English, and prior experience in HR administration. A strong grasp of labor legislation and proficiency with spreadsheets are essential, alongside the ability to communicate policies clearly and maintain positive working relationships across the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and time off requests
  • Update and maintain internal databases and records with employee information
  • Create, maintain and distribute guidelines and documents about company policies
  • Maintain employee payroll data like bank accounts and working hours
  • Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics
  • Manage leave of absence programs, address employee inquiries, and maintain accurate and compliant documentation
  • Ability to conduct market analysis by gathering and interpreting data on industry trends and salary benchmarks to inform strategic hiring decisions
  • Conduct regular market analysis to benchmark compensation and benefits, ensuring our salary structures remain competitive and aligned with industry standards
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and organizational goals
  • Facilitate performance management processes including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback cycles
  • Maintain and update company systematization records in compliance with Serbian labor laws, ensuring accurate tracking of job classifications, organizational structure changes, and alignment with internal HR policies and legal requirements

Requirements:

  • Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory
  • Experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • Knowledge of labor legislation in Serbia
  • Experience using spreadsheets
  • Organizational skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in payroll support or HR reporting
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
  • Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to tasks
