Role Description:
We are looking for an experienced
Workforce Manager
to manage and lead a team within our operations, ensuring that all staff meet the company's high standards. You will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and providing ongoing support to help team members develop in their roles. Additionally, you will oversee workforce management strategies, policies, and procedures that support the organization's objectives, analyze staffing needs, and drive continuous improvement in workforce processes.
Responsibilities:
- Workforce Systems Oversight: Manage and maintain workforce management systems and tools for time and attendance tracking.
- Workforce Planning: Analyze and forecast staffing needs to ensure the right number of staff with the necessary skills to meet operational demands.
- Leadership & Team Development: Supervise, motivate, and develop the workforce management team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Scheduling Management: Oversee scheduling processes, ensuring fair and efficient shift allocation.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor workforce data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to optimize staffing levels and shift patterns.
- Reporting & Budgeting: Generate reports on workforce metrics such as staffing levels, labor costs, and employee satisfaction while managing the workforce management budget effectively.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align workforce management strategies with overall business objectives.
- Leadership & Team Development: Supervise, motivate, and develop the workforce management team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Process Improvement: Drive continuous enhancements in workforce management practices, championing best practices across the organization.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure all team members understand and adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: At least 3 years of previous experience in a management role with a proven leadership track record.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent education, training, and experience.
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in the iGaming industry or Live Casino is advantageous but not mandatory.
Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and workforce management tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Conflict management abilities and strong decision-making skills.
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Understanding of Serbian labor law.
Language Skills: Advanced English (written and spoken).
- Flexibility: Availability to work shifts as needed.
