In this role, you'll ensure our Turkish-language teams are staffed and scheduled perfectly to deliver an exceptional player experience.

What You'll Do

  • Forecast call volumes and game traffic for Turkish-speaking presenters and dealers
  • Create and manage shift schedules that support 24/7 live operations
  • Monitor real-time performance and adjust staffing as needed to meet service levels
  • Analyze historical data and KPIs to identify trends and improve scheduling accuracy
  • Collaborate closely with production, HR, and operations to align workforce plans with business goals
  • Provide forecasts, performance reports, and actionable insights to senior management
  • Lead staffing optimization initiatives to drive both efficiency and team satisfaction

Who You Are

  • Experienced in workforce planning, scheduling, or operations optimization preferably in iGaming, BPO, or broadcast
  • Strong analytical skills, with a mindset for forecasting, data interpretation, and problem-solving
  • Excellent communicator, fluent in Turkish and proficient in English
  • Highly organized and able to balance multiple stakeholder needs and shifting priorities
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, shift-based work environment
  • Passionate about improving performance and supporting a high-performing team
