Who we are
Reporting to the Head of PMO & Business Management, detail-oriented professional to lead and manage the integration of contingent workforce hiring and time tracking operations across the EMEA IT department. This role will serve as the central point for driving efficiency, governance, control, and accurate reporting across both processes. The candidate will work cross-functionally with internal teams and third-party vendors to streamline onboarding, manage time capture systems, and deliver key workforce insights to senior stakeholders.
What you'll be doing
- Set and drive the integration plan for hiring and time capture functions.
- Lead team training and ensure procedural alignment across functions.
- Define and maintain the WFM training curriculum, ensuring accuracy and usability.
- Oversee the full onboarding and offboarding lifecycle for IT contingent workers.
- Maintain the resource roster and support DEI and cultural transformation through workforce data.
- Partner with third-party vendors to ensure timely and compliant onboarding, renewals, and offboarding processes.
- Drive improvements in vendor processes to enhance stakeholder experience.
- Manage the central time tracking tool across the IT contingent workforce.
- Ensure accurate and timely time capture to support cost tracking and productivity.
- Strengthen internal controls and governance within the time reporting process.
- Produce accurate and timely Management Information (MI) and KPIs.
- Present data insights to senior management to support workforce decisions.
- Drive continuous improvements in data quality, reporting, and compliance.
- Act as the point of contact between internal stakeholders, vendors, and the WFM team
What you 'll bring along
- Bachelor's degree in anu field would de desired.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Workforce Management (WFM) operations within IT environments, ideally in investment banking or financial services.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to translate complex data into actionable metrics and insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Highly organized with a focus on process efficiency and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, cross-functional environment.
- Comfortable managing changing requirements, priorities, and technologies.
- Skilled in managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- MS Office Suite knowledge (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); Microsoft Project and Project Server; Oracle Financial (ESB); SharePoint 2010; Confluence
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
