About Unlimit

Unlimit is the global fintech powerhouse behind the world's largest proprietary payments infrastructure.

Founded in 2009, Unlimit operates across 17 global offices with 700+ experts, seamlessly integrating 1,000+ payment methods into a single platform. From London to São Paulo, we empower businesses to scale across borders with a unified suite of financial tools — including payment processing, alternative payment methods, multicurrency business accounts, card issuing, banking-as-a-service, and crypto on- and off-ramps.

Our mission is to break down financial barriers and enable seamless money movement across borders. We give forward-thinking businesses the tools to accept, send, and manage payments effortlessly, wherever they operate.

As a Senior Product Manager for Alternative Payment Methods, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and scaling the APM offering across key markets. You will drive product strategy, market expansion, and continuous improvement in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Sales, and external payment partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the APM product strategy and roadmap aligned with company goals.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new APM integrations based on market opportunity, merchant demand, and competitive landscape.
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of APM integrations, from discovery to launch and ongoing optimization.
  • Own the end to end flow: Analyse user interaction, identify areas for improvement, and design experiments to optimise the payment experience, feature adoption, and key conversion funnels.
  • Act as the primary interface with APM providers, negotiating terms, managing relationships, and ensuring operational excellence.
  • Deeply understand regional and market-specific payment behaviors and trends.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Operations to ensure robust, secure, and scalable APM implementations.
  • Own key product metrics such as success rate, conversion, time-to-market, and merchant adoption.
  • Work with Compliance and Legal to ensure APM integrations meet regulatory and licensing requirements in every market.
  • Create internal and external documentation to support sales, marketing, and merchant onboarding.
  • Drive merchant-facing value: positioning APMs to increase conversions and enable localized checkout experiences.
  • Support go-to-market planning and execution for newly launched payment methods.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3 years in payments, fintech, or global commerce.
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling complex payment products across multiple markets.
  • Deep familiarity with PSP architecture, APIs, payment flows, and integrations.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with data-driven decision making.
  • Leadership: Excellent at collaborating with stakeholders in product, engineering, commercial, and business teams proactively, demonstrating high EQ and influencing skills. Proactive and results-oriented: A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a bias towards action.
  • Experience working with legal, compliance, and regulatory stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
We offer:
  •  Attractive monthly salary paid in line with experience
  • Vacation, sick and paid holidays
  • Full-time: 5/2 (Saturday and Sunday days off)
  • A modern office-based workplace with all necessary equipment
  • A team of professionals to learn from
  • Multicultural working environment
