As we expand our operations in Serbia, we're hiring a
QA Analyst

who will ensure every Webflow website we ship meets our world-class standards for quality, performance, and design accuracy.

Role Overview

We're looking for a detail-obsessed
QA Analyst

with a strong understanding of
Webflow

,
Figma

, and front-end behavior.
Your role will be to
test, review, and validate

every website before it goes live,  ensuring that designs are perfectly implemented, interactions function flawlessly, and the final user experience is pixel-perfect. You'll work closely with our
designers

,
developers

, and
project managers

to maintain consistency, accuracy, and brand excellence across all client projects.

What You'll Do

  • Review
    Webflow builds

against
Figma designs

to ensure 100% design accuracy.
- Test responsiveness across devices and browsers to ensure a consistent experience.
- Validate CMS collections, dynamic content, and integrations.
- Identify visual discrepancies, animation issues, and interaction bugs.
- Test all forms, links, animations, and functional elements to ensure flawless performance.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to document issues and verify fixes.
- Maintain detailed QA reports and test documentation for each project.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years

of experience in QA or front-end testing, ideally in a
Webflow or web design agency

.
- Strong understanding of
Figma

and ability to compare design vs. live builds.
- Working knowledge of
Webflow CMS

and front-end fundamentals (HTML, CSS).
- Excellent eye for detail, pixel perfection matters to you.
- Organized, methodical, and comfortable managing multiple QA tasks at once.
- Excellent English communication skills and proactive mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with
    SaaS website design

B2B marketing

, or
SEO performance QA

.
- Knowledge of
Lighthouse audits

, accessibility, and web performance metrics.
- Experience with testing tools like
BrowserStack

- Experience working in
