Quality Assurance Specialist

We're seeking a meticulous and proactive
QA Specialist
to join our team and ensure the highest quality standards across our digital products and experiences. You'll play a crucial role in delivering flawless experiences to our clients and their users.

What You'll Do:

1. Conduct comprehensive manual testing of websites, web applications, mobile apps, and digital experiences
2. Perform functional, regression, integration, responsiveness, and user acceptance testing
3. Identify, document, and track bugs with precision and clarity
4. Verify fixes and conduct re-testing to ensure issues are fully resolved
5. Conduct regular performance audits using tools like Google PageSpeed Insights
6. Perform SEO audits and actively implement optimizations, including meta tags and structured data. Configure and optimize SEO plugins such as Yoast. Recommend and implement SEO best practices for better search engine visibility.
7. Set up, configure, and maintain Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console (GSC) for client websites. Monitor traffic patterns and user behavior. Generate regular reports with actionable insights to improve website performance and user engagement
8. Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle
9. Develop and deliver comprehensive CMS training sessions for clients on platforms such as WordPress and Framer.
10. Create user-friendly documentation, tutorials, and best practice guides to enable clients to manage and update their websites independently
11. Provide technical support to clients via email and video calls. Troubleshoot CMS-related issues, answer questions about functionality, and guide clients through content updates, plugin management, and other customization tasks
12. Advocate for quality and user experience in every aspect of our work
13. Stay current with QA best practices and emerging testing methodologies

What We're Looking For:

Essential:

1. Proven experience in manual QA testing (web and/or mobile applications)
2. Exceptional attention to detail with a sharp eye for inconsistencies in design and functionality
3. Proactive mindset – you anticipate issues before they become problems
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English
6. Experience with bug tracking tools (we prefer Asana)
7. Understanding of the digital agency field of work, the digital products creation & projects lifecycle

Highly Valued:

1. Strong interest in AI and emerging technologies
2. Eagerness to learn and adopt new testing tools and technologies
3. Experience with AI-powered testing tools and automation concepts
4. Familiarity with browser developer tools, extensions, and basic HTML/CSS
5. Experience testing design-heavy or creative digital experiences

7. Portfolio or examples of detailed bug reports or test documentation
