Together with our partner we are looking for a

Data Scientist
to join a high-performing AI/ML engineering team building robust, scalable systems powered by LLMs and cutting-edge document intelligence solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable LLM integration architectures
• Build end-to-end document processing pipelines for diverse, unstructured formats
• Develop sophisticated prompt engineering strategies and performance optimization frameworks
• Monitor and troubleshoot AI system performance, quality, and business impact
• Implement MLOps practices including experiment tracking, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployment (AWS-based)
• Design intelligent metadata extraction workflows, document classification systems, and data enrichment pipelines
• Collaborate on RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) implementations and domain-specific model fine-tuning
• Develop reusable prompt templates, versioning systems, and cost-efficiency models
• Ensure compliance, interpretability, and explainability in all deployed models
• Work with cross-functional teams on real-time monitoring systems, evaluation metrics, and reporting dashboards

Your Profile

• 4+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Data Science roles
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models
• Proficiency in Python and key ML libraries (pandas, scikit-learn, numpy, matplotlib)
• Deep understanding of NLP techniques and transformer architectures
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Hugging Face Transformers
• Knowledge of AWS services for AI/ML
• Familiarity with OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, and other major LLM APIs
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines for ML deployments
• Knowledge of document AI services, vector databases, and multimodal AI systems
• Very good oral and written language skills in English.
