We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain reliable data pipelines and infrastructure that support analytics, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives. The Data Engineer will work closely with data analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that high-quality, well-structured data is available for decision-making across the organization.

How you'll go beyond as Data Engineer:

•      Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT processes to ingest, transform, and integrate data from various sources;

•      Build and optimize data pipelines and data models for analytics, machine learning, and reporting;

•      Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across multiple environments;

•      Implement data quality, validation, and monitoring processes;

•      Collaborate with BI, analytics, and software engineering teams to deliver data solutions aligned with business needs;

•      Maintain documentation for data flows, pipelines, and system architecture;

•      Optimize data storage and query performance on-premise environments;

•      Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards.

Your qualifications:

•      Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related field;

•      Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases;

•      Experience with MSSQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, PowerBI;

•      Knowledge of at least one programming language (Python or C#);

•      Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

It would be great if you have:

•      Experience working with APIs, flat files, and streaming data sources;

•      Knowledge of data modeling techniques (star schema, snowflake schema);

•      Familiarity with CI/CD practices and version control (Git).
