Group Ethics and Compliance (GEC) supports Noventiq's success by ensuring compliance with laws, regulations and company values while providing senior management and the Board with an independent view on business controls. Within this framework, as a
Compliance Officer
, you play a substantial role in managing ethics and compliance risks, ensuring adherence to national and international laws and The Noventiq Way – the company's code, policies and standards. Reporting to the Regional Compliance Business Partner responsible for CIS, APAC, and META, you work closely with local units to embed a compliant culture and provide risk and compliance advice, guidance and assurance to business stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Research and analyze topics related to ethics and compliance.
• Assist with compliance-related documents, communications, and training materials.
• Support the organization, delivery, and follow-up of compliance trainings.
• Review deals and partners to ensure compliance with sanctions, trade controls and company rules.
• Conduct interviews and liais e with stakeholders to gather data.
• Partner with business units to provide clear and practical compliance advice.
• Participate in compliance audits and projects to optimize processes and controls.
• Keep accurate and organized records to support audits and investigations.
• Gain hands-on expertise in areas such as vendor compliance, sanctions, due diligence, etc .
• Assess compliance with company and vendor regulations/policies, identifying improvement areas.

About You

• 1+ years of experience in risk management, legal, finance, audit, forensic analysis, due diligence, or consulting (experience in large or complex organizations is a strong advantage).
• Ability to work with and analyze large data sets, prepare detailed reports.
• S trong analytical skills.
• Sound independent judgement.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business value drivers.
• English and Russian language proficiency (both written and spoken).
• Ability to switch between multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Ability to learn and develop yourself as a subject - matter expert.
