About the Role

We are looking for a structured and detail-oriented
Back-office Assistant
with a background in
finance
or
law
to support the company's operational and HR administration. The role is focused on
accurate documentation
,
payroll preparation
, and
compliance with procedures
, ensuring smooth back-office processes in a dynamic, international environment.

This is a role for someone who enjoys working with rules, following processes, and maintaining precision in all tasks.

Main Responsibilities

  • Verify weekly work hours and collect necessary data for payroll processing.
  • Prepare and review employment contracts, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Maintain and update employee records in digital filing systems and HR databases.
  • Enter and update employee data in payroll and HR systems (e.g., onboarding, salary adjustments, terminations, time tracking).
  • Ensure all employee documentation is complete, accurate, and properly organized.
  • Support financial and HR process optimization by identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.
  • Perform operational tasks in Finance Platforms, Example: HelloFlex

What We Are Looking For

  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

    and ability to follow procedures precisely, and to perform repetitive tasks on a weekly basis with ease.
  • Proactive approach to improving workflows while ensuring compliance.
  • Strong communication skills in
