Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role Mon - Fri) for a Leasing Assistant, located in Belgrade. The Leasing Assistant will be responsible for managing lease documentation, administering leases, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients, handling lease agreements, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Lease Documentation and Lease Administration (not- needed)
  • Proficient in Communication skills to interact with clients and team members
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team
  • Previous experience in the trucking or transportation industry is a plus
  • Google sheets, Microsoft Office experience is needed
