Revenue Operations Manager

Location: Belgrade, Hybrid (Currently, we are three days per week in the office, subject to change)
Work hours: Mon - Fri 2-10pm Belgrade time
We are seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Manager to join our team in Belgrade. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring our Sales, Client Success, and Marketing teams operate efficiently, predictably, and in sync. You will help identify and implement process improvements, support training initiatives, and drive strategies that enhance overall revenue generation.
Responsibilities- Deployment, integration, and ongoing management of all revenue management tools and processes: Salesforce, Salesloft, HubSpot, DealHub, Ordway, Zoom, ZoomInfo, and more
- Ensure accountability to sales activities and performance through the creation of processes that provide for accurate tracking and measurement
- Build dashboards and reporting around critical team and individual success metrics
- Uncover opportunities for member and revenue growth by analyzing trends from existing prospects, clients, and members
- Utilize contact engagement metrics to generate lead lists and distribute across business development verticals
- Create training and playbooks for the Business Development teams
- Act as a go-between to discover and roll-out best practices across CompStak's business development teams: Member Expansion, Member Account Management, Enterprise New Business, Enterprise Client Success, and Marketing
- Leverage CompStak's Data Science, Product, Operations, and Tech teams to obtain the resources needed to optimize RevOps execution
- Experience with Revenue Management, Marketing Automation, and other Sales/Marketing tools
- Ability to analyze large sets of unstructured data to drive business insights
- Previous experience as a Salesforce Admin preferred
- Strategic and process-driven individual who can focus on multiple projects, prioritize competing requests, and thrive on solving complex problems
- Understanding of key SaaS metrics and drivers of success (you should be great at acronyms - LTV, CAC, ARR, CARR, ACV, ABM, etc.)
- Proficient in SQL is a plus
- Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate is a plus
- 25 days off per year: 21 days of vacation, plus an additional day for Slava, non-working Serbian holidays, 3 days of 100% paid sick leave
